3. Manner of usage
The Company may use Your PII, voluntarily submitted by You for purposes of, including but not limited to, identification, authentication, billing, and contacting You with notifications and/or product emails. Further, PII helps us create a more relevant experience for You with the Company. For example, we may use the Customer login name (PII) and connected browsing history (non-PII) to send better directed marketing emails.
We may use NPII when You interact with the Company services to better our studio product in terms of understanding the usage, such as the time spent viewing an ad, page views, video views, number of ads clicked and other information about your interaction with the ads, to better target ad messaging in our ads, show data in aggregate / segmented form for reporting, analytics for customers, third party services. We may use the information internally for any lawful purpose. Additionally, we may share this information with various third parties, including our publishers and advertiser partners. It is important to note that the PII is only provided to a publisher/advertiser when you affirmatively elect to provide such information to such parties.
In addition, the Company may use the Information provided by You or acquire such Information based on Your activities on the esendit Platform, in order to troubleshoot problems, enforce the Company’s Terms and Conditions and/or other related matters.
Otherwise stated above, we do not pass any user identifiable information to any third party.
4. Retention of information
We will retain Your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Further, the Company will delete Your contact information and financial information from its active databases upon request made by You via email at policy@esendit.in Such information will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with its policies and applicable law. However, the Company shall retain Your Information, which shall not be visible to other users or visitors, to be used in certain circumstances including, but not limited to, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce the Company Terms and Conditions and as required by applicable law. Please note that some Information is never completely removed and/or deleted from the Company’s databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored backup systems and archives. In the light of the above, it is not possible for Your Information to be completely removed and/or deleted from the Company’s databases in response to Your requests.
5. Information Security
esendit is hosted by public cloud, Go Daddy, which is often certified for security. esendit has implemented commonly followed industry standards to protect against the unauthorized access to, retention of, and disclosure of information. Any information that is stored on our server is treated as confidential information. However, despite of best efforts, the security is often limited to the limitations and weakness of the state of the art Internet Technology.
6. Children
The esendit Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. Consistent with applicable laws, we will never knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 18 without requiring parental consent. Any person who provides their personal information to us through the esendit Platform represents that they are 18 years of age or older.
7. Security
The Company has rigorous security measures in place to protect Your Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
